Positive: Seaside family Oasis was amazing! It looks just like the photos but even better, if possible!! David was so nice and meet us when we arrived and showed us around along with giving us a few local tips. The property was so beautiful and so well taken care of by David and all of his staff. The beds were very comfortable and I wish I could’ve packed the pool in my bag and taken it home with me!
Negative: I honestly can say there wasn’t anything I didn’t like! Every little thing was thought of down to charging ports on both sides of each bed.
Summary: Don’t think twice just book this amazing property!!

Positive: Quiet location within easy access of groceries shops and takeaways. Relaxing garden area around pool and very private. Plenty of space and well appointed bedrooms. Included use of car helped getting to the beaches and main town, great idea. Our host David was extra helpful with everything and really friendly.
Negative: Neighbour revving his truck engine every day, obviously trying to fix things or maybe even a local mechanic. (Outside of hosts control obviously!) Opposite end of the island from the really nice beaches, however the included use of a car REALLY helped. Cabana seating wasn't the most comfortable, an extra settee would have been great so we could all sit out comfortably in the evening.

Positive: Great garden and swimming area, lovely quiet part of the island . Car was easy to drive and roads easy to navigate . The apartment was well laid out with good facilities including WiFi.
Negative: Some times in the evening the hot water was a bit slow but that was not a major issue.

Positive: We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay with our two teenage girls for our trip to Nassau. The Seaside Family Oasis was perfect in every way. We were greeted by David upon arrival, and he showed us around the house. Everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, there was beautiful art on the walls (that Tammy painted), and the kitchen was a perfect place to cook all of our meals in. There are grocery stores very nearby where we picked up food for our trip, and we had a lot of fun cooking together. We used the outside grill on two different occasions, and we enjoyed those meals outdoors. David provided bug spray, sunscreen, a bluetooth speaker, and pool floaties for us to use. The grounds were gorgeous, and very well kept. We relaxed by the private pool everyday, and the temperature was perfect. We had a few questions for David during our stay, and he was very attentive. He responded quickly and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The best part of this rental was that we were given a car to drive during our stay. It was so convenient for us to be able to use the car for our different activities and excursions. David even lined up all airport transfers for us. When we left, David and his beautiful wife Tammy gave us very special gifts to take home. We ended our trip at Atlantis for two nights, but we were wishing that we would've just stayed in our private, quiet oasis at David's house for those nights. Next time, for sure!

Positive: Rarely do pictures of a facility measure up to the reality once you arrive at a booking. This is the rare case. The three bedroom home was everything it advertised and the gardens surrounding the pool area were wonderful and private. Our hosts were every bit of pride of ownership and vested in our experience. Their pre arrival recommendations on restaurants, beaches, shopping and general communication was so helpful to make our trip so enjoyable. I highly recommend booking this if it’s available and will do so when we return to Nassau.

Positive: The property was great, and though next to other properties, felt secluded. Being on the East side of the main island was exactly what we were looking for, away from most tourists but with the ability to go wherever we wanted (with the included car rental).
